Responsibilities
- Assist the team with weekend operations and daily administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage and update customer databases and internal records with high accuracy.
- Support the coordination of weekend events and client meetings.
- Conduct market research and prepare summary reports for the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or Associate/Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Louisville office.
