Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and data streams during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external clients via phone and email.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records with high attention to detail.
- Conduct routine system checks and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Document daily operations and prepare shift handover reports for the morning team.
- Assist in streamlining night-time workflows to improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles is a plus.
