Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations: Oversee daily workflows and ensure all tasks are completed accurately during the night shift.
- Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during off-hours.
- Issue Resolution: Identify potential operational bottlenecks and propose timely solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily shift logs and performance reports.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
