Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational systems and data streams during night shifts.
- Assist in the collection and entry of nightly business intelligence reports.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and customer service to internal teams.
- Maintain strict security protocols and facility standards.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
- Identify and document potential operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or college/university program.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of data entry and administrative processes.
