As an Intern, you will support our operations team in maintaining high service standards during our peak hours. You will work closely with mentors to develop professional skills that will jumpstart your career.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets with high accuracy.
- Assist in data entry and the management of internal databases.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on daily operations and reports.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Learn and apply basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and shift briefings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Freshman to Senior).
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
