Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational data to ensure accuracy and efficiency during night shifts.
- Assist the night operations team with routine administrative tasks and data entry.
- Perform quality assurance checks on daily outputs to maintain high standards.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team via digital channels to ensure seamless workflow.
- Update internal databases and maintain organized digital records.
- Resolve basic inquiries from internal stakeholders or clients as directed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (Students Welcome).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
