Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via multiple channels.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and performing nightly system audits.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and documentation of technical issues.
- Participate in nightly team meetings and training sessions.
- Support special projects as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection is mandatory for remote support tasks.
