Responsibilities
- Assist with high-volume data entry and processing: Ensure accuracy and timely completion of nightly reports and logs.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries: Provide exceptional support during off-hours to maintain client satisfaction.
- Support inventory management: Assist the logistics team with stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Perform quality assurance checks: Review work for errors and submit corrections to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in High School, College, or University.
- Availability: Must be available to work 5-7 nights per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and maintain high-quality standards.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated work ethic with the ability to work independently.
