Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to critical system alerts and customer inquiries during night hours.
- Perform high-volume data entry, verification, and reporting to ensure data integrity.
- Assist the technical support team in troubleshooting software issues and logging tickets.
- Conduct market research and compile daily summaries for the senior management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict security protocols.
- Collaborate with remote team members to ensure seamless operational continuity across shifts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Associates, Bachelors, or High School Senior).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of computer networks or customer service principles is a plus.
