Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and processing during night operations.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to any irregularities.
- Provide customer support via phone and email during business hours.
- Prepare daily reports and summaries for the morning shift team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or GED program, or a college/university student.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
