Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry and database management tasks.
- Assist in the processing of customer inquiries and order verification via phone and email.
- Monitor system logs and reports to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Generate daily performance reports and submit them to the management team.
- Ensure strict adherence to company protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work a rotating Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry speed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
