Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets during the night shift.
- Assist in data entry and the maintenance of accurate client records within our CRM systems.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
