Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical support tickets and inquiries during night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated client records in our CRM system.
- Assist the night shift team with operational tasks and process improvements.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure 24/7 operational uptime.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams via Slack and email.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and feedback for the day shift team.
- Assist in preparing nightly reports and administrative summaries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program (Undergraduate or Graduate).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
