Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time data streams and system performance metrics during off-hours.
- Execute quality assurance checks on nightly deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Provide critical technical support to internal teams and external clients via remote channels.
- Assist in the documentation and archiving of operational logs and reports.
- Collaborate with the day-shift leadership to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements for night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Strong availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
