Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Review: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards.
- Debugging & Support: Debug existing code, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for internal tools.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise, and technical documentation for new features and API integrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Agile Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to stay aligned with project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems creatively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and development tools like VS Code or IntelliJ.
