Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of weekend inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all shoppers visiting the location.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during high-traffic periods.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising and store displays.
- Monitor and report on sales trends and customer feedback to store leadership.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, during slower weekend shifts.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (Summer 2024).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Passion for retail and a willingness to learn the ropes of business operations.
