Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, stocking, and organization of merchandise to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers, answering inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Support the weekend manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Merchandising: Maintain store displays and visual standards to drive sales and brand representation.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
