Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the Memphis local market.
- Support the coordination of summer events and client outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM database and prepare weekly summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes.
- Answer inquiries from prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Shadow senior staff members during client meetings to learn industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
