Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with data entry, research, and content organization.
- Participate in daily team meetings to understand project updates and business strategies.
- Shadow senior staff members to learn industry best practices and workflows.
- Maintain digital filing systems and update company databases accurately.
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and preparing internal reports.
- Collaborate on small projects that contribute to the overall growth of the department.
- Attend weekly workshops to develop professional soft skills and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (no graduation date required).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week during the summer/fall session.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso office.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
