About the Role:
As a Technical Intern, you will work closely with our engineering and development teams to support our core products. You will be involved in real-world projects that make a tangible impact on our clients' success.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Software Development: Support the coding and debugging of web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor data to provide insights for product improvement.
- Database Management: Help maintain and optimize our SQL databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Technical Documentation: Write clear and concise technical documentation, including API docs and user manuals.
- Collaborate on Agile Projects: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- User Testing: Assist in quality assurance processes, including bug tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is preferred.
- Academic Standing: Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Availability: Must be able to work at least 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend tasks.
