What You Will Do:
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Assist with SEO content creation, including meta tags, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Monitor job boards and social media channels to identify recruitment opportunities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to improve strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends in both tech and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms.
- Support the SEO team with keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits.
- Update and manage job boards and company career pages.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and industry trends.
- Assist in drafting recruitment emails and marketing copy.
- Track internship metrics and prepare weekly reports for management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of reliability and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
