Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Team: Provide day-to-day support for internal systems and workflows under supervision.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain data using our proprietary database systems.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to assist in project planning.
- Software Training: Quickly learn and apply new software applications and tools assigned by the manager.
- System Monitoring: Monitor server logs and performance metrics to identify potential issues early.
- Client Support: Handle basic technical inquiries from clients via email or phone (with training provided).
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (No prior experience required).
- Basic Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
