As a Weekend Intern, you will work closely with our senior operations staff to ensure our warehouse and distribution processes run smoothly. You will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and data analysis. Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting, tagging, and organization of stock within the warehouse.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital records of incoming and outgoing shipments using our inventory management software.
- Process Improvement: Observe daily operations and suggest creative solutions to streamline weekend workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Support the logistics team with loading, unloading, and preparing orders for delivery.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are preferred.
