As an intern, you will work closely with our senior leadership team to enhance our service delivery and support operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via email, chat, and phone channels, ensuring a 100% satisfaction rate.
- Assist in the analysis of customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to draft weekly newsletters and promotional materials.
- Manage and update customer records in our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Participate in daily stand-ups to report progress and receive feedback on projects.
- Help organize and coordinate internal team events and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to company events (if applicable).
