Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technology horizon.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for AI integration across product lines.
- Innovation & R&D: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex AI concepts into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), neural networks, and large language models.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
