Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructures capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Define the technical vision for 2026-era machine learning models, focusing on explainability, safety, and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and implementation of Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, compliance, and governance within the organization.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Oversee the integration of edge computing with cloud-native AI architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
