Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 autonomous framework, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and product managers in the R&D phase.
- Define technical standards and best practices for next-gen neural processing units (NPUs).
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype new technologies, including edge computing and federated learning.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to the new 2026 architecture.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
