Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid architectures for next-generation computational systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized machine learning algorithms
- Research and implement novel quantum error correction techniques for AI applications
- Create scalable frameworks for quantum neural network training and deployment
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize AI workloads for quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture with quantum computing exposure
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
- Certification in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
