Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent research experience)
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI integration
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and classical ML frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Track record of leading R&D projects with $5M+ budgets
