Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop quantum machine learning models leveraging 50+ qubit processors
- Integrate quantum-resistant cryptography protocols into existing AI infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with quantum hardware providers
- Create patented quantum acceleration techniques for neural network training
- Present findings at premier quantum computing conferences (Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
