Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical ML frameworks
- Conduct performance benchmarking against classical supercomputers
- Collaborate with hardware team to co-design quantum processors
- Author white papers and patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
