Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical AI frameworks
- Proven track record of leading complex research projects with measurable outcomes
