Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems achieving human-level cognition benchmarks
- Lead team of 12+ quantum physicists, AI engineers, and neuroscientists
- Develop proprietary algorithms for quantum machine learning optimization
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create biologically-inspired AI models
- Secure $50M+ in government/private quantum-AI grants annually
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Establish industry standards for quantum-AI ethics and safety protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Neuroscience with 10+ years R&D
- Published work in top-tier quantum-AI research (arXiv:quant-ph, NeurIPS)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar R&D projects
- Deep understanding of quantum neural network optimization
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Strong background in cognitive science and human-AI interaction
- Patents in quantum machine learning or AI consciousness frameworks
