Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks achieving quantum advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors for AI workloads
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with Qiskit/Cirq
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
