Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural networks for real-world applications
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction
- Publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in quantum machine learning or NISQ-era applications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and HPC environments
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
