Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant algorithms for blockchain and cybersecurity systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-safe protocols
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction techniques
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor co-design
- Document and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum standards (NIST PQC)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Publication record in quantum information science
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
