Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize algorithm performance on 100+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
- Create simulation frameworks for quantum neural networks and probabilistic computing models
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical quantum concepts into deployable solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) with 3+ years practical implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Python/C++ with experience in high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational complexity theory
