Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and machine learning applications
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise systems
- Research and implement error correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Document algorithmic breakthroughs and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with linear algebra and complex mathematical frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in cryptography or machine learning fundamentals
