What You'll Achieve:

- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum-readiness initiatives
Responsibilities
- Design quantum-computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 10−12 logical qubit fidelity
- Integrate quantum accelerators into classical HPC environments
- Establish quantum-safe authentication frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Lead 5-year roadmap for quantum-cloud infrastructure deployment
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum-information theory
- Secure patents for novel quantum-entanglement methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum-computing architecture or superconducting systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum-circuit optimization tools
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in quantum research grants
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government projects
