Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >99.9% gate fidelity
- Develop error-correction frameworks for large-scale quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Patent novel quantum algorithms and optimization techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance quantum chip fabrication
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion architectures
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
