Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface code, LDPC)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Track record of developing quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Familiarity with NISQ hardware constraints and mitigation strategies
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., Quantum-Safe Security)
