Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures leveraging superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate decoherence and error correction challenges
- Create quantum computing roadmaps aligned with industry 4.0 transformation goals
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in quantum research grants through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of designing quantum systems with 100+ qubit scalability
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning applications
- Experience securing government/industry grants for quantum research
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Patents in quantum computing or related fields preferred
