Responsibilities

- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with research teams to translate theoretical algorithms into practical quantum circuits
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to next-generation cryptographic threats
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum machine learning
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in building quantum processors with 100+ qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, topological) and fault tolerance
- Deep knowledge of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum machine learning
