- Lead research initiatives in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum hardware-software co-design principles

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compiler design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
