Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum algorithms solving optimization and simulation problems
- Research and implement quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with industry-standard quantum cloud platforms
- Present breakthrough research at top-tier conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, gate-level optimization, and quantum compilation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience leading technical projects with measurable quantum advantage outcomes
