Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development
- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe cryptography protocols
- Drive R&D initiatives to achieve quantum advantage in finance and logistics
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware interfaces
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts to practical implementations
- Strong background in topological quantum error correction
