- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to post-quantum cryptographic threats
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to deploy industry-specific quantum solutions
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum architecture experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware interfaces
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and cryogenic engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Experience securing $10M+ quantum technology R&D funding
- Fluency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware control systems
