Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization and simulation problems
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid solutions
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., photonic, topological qubits)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
