Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for complex computational problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, ion-trap)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with major platforms

- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
