Responsibilities

- Develop performance benchmarks for quantum processors and simulators
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum programming best practices
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and academic journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing with proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithm optimization
- Strong background in high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary technical projects
